Kotak Bank SMS - Request to Share Experience of Recent Service
As a customer, I regularly visit my Bank nearest branch. At times, because of some queries, they do create a service request on their system.
When those service requests are closed or say resolved, I receive a message from the bank about my experience. But they never mention the request-id nor do they mention about my problem in short. But I receive their message continuously for next few days after the request is resolved.
As a customer, when I have raised so many request, it is necessary for them to mention which service request are they talking about.
1. SMS without proper content may not help user to understand the context. In this case, user would struggle to remember recently raised service specially in case if user does requests frequently.
1. SMS's that are sent should be very specific and have clear context.
