LinkedIn - Server Error Handing
Glad to share how LinkedIn handles a scenario of technical issue from their end.
Today morning, I was checking LinkedIn from my mobile browser. All of the sudden, I was experiencing an issue and not able to see posts. In a beginning, I felt bad and thought whether it is happening because of my internet connection or it’s a technical issue from LinkedIn. I read a message on the screen, “It’s not you. Its us. Something went wrong.”
After reading this message, I felt good and tapped on TRY AGAIN and it worked well.
Though it was a bad experience at a beginning. However, at the end I felt good by seeing the way LinkedIn expressed technical issue.
