Instead of a long email, or push me to click on below link to open a new tab where I can share my experience, Ola has created this UI/UX with the numbers ranging between 0 (very likely) to 10 (extremely likely) with colorful numbers.
Just hit a number based on your experience and your experience will be recorded, however, it will open a new tab where they will ask you for more information but its optional.
1. Provide the easiest way an attractive way to get customers experience.
