Practo SMS - Requesting Customer to Share Feedback
I booked an appointment with doctor using Practo and went to doctor on appointment time. I was really not satisfied with the way he did check up as well prescribed medicines. His rating was 90% on Practo. But, somehow I had bad experience of diagnosis and prescription.
A day after the appointment, I received an SMS from Pacto in morning about asking my experience of appointment. Along with that they also mentioned “Your feedback has potential to help lacs of people on Practo”. I immediately clicked on the given link and provided my feedback.
1. It was a simple yet elegant way to request for customer feedback using SMS.
2. Motivation plays big role in getting customer’s feedback. In this case, Practo mentioned “Your feedback has potential to help lacs of people on Practo”. This was a strong motivation for sharing feedback.
Nothing as such.
