Reliance Jio - Customer Feedback SMS
Approximately 2 years back, JIO started its services in India. As per me, JIO was the only telecom supplier who covered whole telecom market with its free services. I remember people purchasing multiple sim cards from outlets and enjoying internet.
As a telecom supplier, it was necessary for them to get regular feedback from users to improve in their services. They opted to send SMS to users where link is attached in the message which users can navigate to and share their experience.
The way they send SMS and content they use to market is very engaging and compelling.
I would say, SMS marketing is a very old way but still working in present market.
- Create short and engaging content in SMS.
